Terms and conditions for using CartBoost for Shopify.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Merchant", "you") and Searivo, the operator of CartBoost ("CartBoost", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing, enabling, or using CartBoost on your Shopify store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

CartBoost provides conversion rate and average order value (AOV) optimization software for Shopify merchants, including an Online Store 2.0 cart drawer, shipping goal display, and complementary recommendations. Shipping and discount eligibility remain controlled by your Shopify settings.

Fees, Billing & Free Trial

  1. Shopify Native Billing: All app subscriptions are processed, billed, and managed exclusively through Shopify's official Billing API.
  2. Subscription Pricing: CartBoost is billed at a transparent flat rate of $9.99 USD per 30 days. We charge zero revenue commission and zero transaction fees on your sales.
  3. 14-Day Free Trial: Your first eligible subscription includes a 14-day trial, subject to the dates shown by Shopify when you approve the subscription. You will not be charged if you uninstall the application before the end of the trial period.
  4. Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the application from your Shopify Admin.

Merchant Responsibilities

  • Comply with all applicable consumer protection, advertising, and eCommerce regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • Ensure that shipping, promotion, campaign countdown and trust statements made through CartBoost blocks on your store are truthful and accurate.
  • Not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or compromise the security and stability of the CartBoost infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Searivo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the application.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
